There always seemed to be a line of 15 to 25 people waiting to go up. Elevators were slow and could not handle the number of guests using them. Rooms never cooled down due to design of air vent in the rooms.
Some of the guests were told they would have to wait 2 to 3 hours beyond the advertised check in time. I attribute this to not enough staff or stations during peak check in hours. The Platinum line for check in took almost 45 minutes to get through. I spent a weekend there and it does not compare with Harrah's Las Vegas or Ak Chin Phoenix.
I usually don't complain or write bad reviews, as I know there will always be problems or issues that arise.
